Traffic Citation Extension Request

Our automated traffic extension system is intended to assist the public in gaining extensions for paying their traffic citations without having to visit or call a court facility. You may visit the citation payment processing page to pay your citation.

 

Only cases that meet the following criteria are eligible for one 45 day extension from the original due date:

  • No prior Extensions on the case.
  • No previous appearances in court for this case.
  • No Failures To Appear or Civil Assessments on this case.
  • You are not currently signed up for Traffic School on this case.
  • Case does not have a misdemeanor violation.
